PROCESS PIPING & TUBING SOLUTIONS
SPECIALIZED CRYOGENIC & ASU PROCESS PIPING SOLUTIONS
MIG provides specialized process piping and mechanical services for cryogenic gas systems and air separation units (ASUs), supporting every stage of the system lifecycle—from the compressor filter house to final product storage, bottle fill, or customer connection point. This includes in-house shop fabrication, sand blasting, painting, cleaning per customer specifications such as CGA 4.1, and onsite installation followed by commissioning and turnover.
We understand the importance of well-coordinated STO’s and unpredicted emergency repairs, which can create major problems for our customers and the end users. We pride ourselves on being responsive and adding value to all projects. MIG is available 24/7 and always on stand-by to mobilize the best resources to your site to assist our customers in all types of MRO support.
We deliver complete piping, storage, and transport systems for LOX, LIN, LAR, CO₂, and other liquefied or gaseous product lines, including specialty gases such as Krypton, Neon, and Xenon. Regardless of the type of product, MIG can support fabrication of a wide variety of base materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. This includes vacuum-jacketed piping and components, orbital welding of high purity instrumentation, specialty welding of 5083-0 Aluminum alloy such as interconnecting cold box piping and Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers (BAHX), as well as R-stamp repairs or modifications of cryogenic storage vessels.
Serving industrial gas producers, chemical plants, semiconductor manufacturers, and healthcare facilities, our teams are trained in the precise requirements of cryogenic-grade materials, low-temperature welding, and ASME B31.3 compliance—ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of complex gas systems in mission-critical environments.

What Is Process Piping?Process piping refers to any pipework used to transport materials within industrial processing and manufacturing systems.
Process piping is purpose-built, specifically designed to ensure that it meets customer requirements and specification for the application at hand—and that it complies with all related safety and health standards.
A variety of materials can be used for the fabrication of process piping - and material selection is generally based on the materials to be transported.
Because each manufactured product and process is unique, every piping project is accompanied by its own challenges in the fabrication, installation, maintenance and upgrade of these systems.
Our seasoned process piping & tubing specialists have the expertise to meet these challenging and help our customers achieve their piping and tubing goals. -
