In June 2021, JJ Phillips joined our team as Project Coordinator. Originally getting his start in the industry by working in refineries, he quickly moved his way up into field supervision as an NCCER+ pipefitter. His 17 years of experience in the mechanical field helps him in his day-to-day responsibilities of ensuring that all materials, trucks, and tool trailers travel between destinations in a timely and efficient manner.

With his background in industrial construction and maintenance comes a depth of knowledge and understanding that make him an important addition to the Maddox team.
