Prior to joining Maddox Industrial Group, Phil spent 28 years at Hetsco in various roles before becoming Director of Repair and Fabrication. He also spent more than four years with Ranch Cryogenics as Quality Control Manager as well as BAHX and Cold Box Specialist.

Phil brings over 29 years of experience delivering cold box and BAHX installation and maintenance services including: repairs, modifications, plant relocations, BAHX change outs from 1 core to 14 cores and/or manifolded units, column repairs and alterations, pressure vessel fabrication, pressure testing. He has both R and U stamp expertise, and long experience in: weld aluminum, SS, CS, monel and inconel.  He has traveled the world - working in 25 countries and 46 states - delivering aluminum plate fin heat exchangers and cold box repairs and installations. As manager, he knows what it takes to get the job done safely and in a timely manner.
