Sam Barker joined our team as a Project Manager. Sam holds a Mechanical Engineering Technology Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University.

Jesse is an experienced millwright, welder, and supervisor - OSHA 10& 30 hr. / First Aid & CPR / OSHA rigging certified, and expert confined space supervisor.

Aaron proficiently manages projects of all sizes. He brings his dedication to safety, excellence, and on time project completion as well as his commitment to meeting the customer’s expectations to every project.

John is NCCER pipe fitter plus certified. He has 14 years of industrial experience in all aspects of process piping, steam and condensate piping systems.

D’Artagnan Engle joined our team as a Project Engineer. D’Artagnan holds a Mechanical Engineer Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University.

Jay Brown began his career as a welder and has continually advanced his position ever since. He now works as a project manager, bringing his drive for excellence to every endeavor.

Prior to joining Maddox Industrial Group, Phil spent 28 years at Hetsco in various roles before becoming Director of Repair and Fabrication. He also spent more than four years with Ranch Cryogenics as Quality Control Manager as well as BAHX and Cold Box Specialist. 

Tony began his career in construction supply before progressing to machinist tooling supply, and eventually on to management of a construction supply warehouse where he helped drive significant company growth.

JJ brings 17 years of experience in industrial construction and maintenance to every project and knows first-hand the importance of getting all materials, trucks, and tool trailers to their destinations to schedule to keep projects on track. 

Brad brings 14 years of construction and maintenance experience to the team.  Throughout his career he has served as a project engineer, project manager, and maintenance manager.

Matt has close to 20 years of experience in almost every aspect of the mechanical trade and piping industry: residential, commercial, hospitals, military bases, multistory buildings, R-Stamp, industrial manufacturing, and more
